When will I get billed?

You are billed immediately on the day you start your subscription. You can manage your billing, view past orders, or pause/cancel your plan at any time through the Customer Portal in your profile.
Can I track my online order?

No, to keep costs down each letter is mailed with a stamp which does not allow you to track, but every month we are there on the first, and standard mailing for a stamp is 2-3 business days.

Is Sincerely, Scotty available nationwide?

No, Unfortunately we are still growing but we will get there by the end of the summer. In the meantime we have made everything accessible in a digital format for a fraction of the cost.
